One of the three class A buildings is currently under contract, according to Joseph R. Romano, SVP of Advance Realty, leaving the others available. Bedminster Professional Center is the final piece in the build-out of the larger Advance at Bedminster office complex, which consists of 100,000 sf of fully leased class A space. The site is near the confluence of Route 206, I-287 and I-78 in Somerset County.
The new office complex is also situated in a corporate neighborhood that includes such names as AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies, Pharmacia Corp. and Verizon. Also nearby are the town centers of Bedminster and Far Hills, as well The Hills Shopping Center and Bridgewater Commons Mall.
