HBF Group, which designs, develops and implements enhanced 911 emergency telecommunications systems, has been in the building about five years.
The 164,741-sf, 14-story 800 Brazos building is one of four Austin buildings totaling 585,000-sf that Shidler bought earlier this year. Jones Lang LaSalle manages and leases the properties. The CDB building is in the midst of a renovation inside and out.
