The listings include space at 1901 and 1911 North Fort Myer Drive, and 1550 and 1560 Wilson Boulevard. All together, the four buildings account for 500,000 sf. The 1560 location is already spoken for, as the restaurant Café Asia -- which already leases room in the building -- plans to expand its establishment to a total 10,000 sf. The lease terms on Café Asia's additional square-footage are not available. JBGR President Bob Schwenger notes, "This retail space exists at the street level of some of the most sought-after office space in the Washington, DC area. The complex of properties is located near I-66 and the George Washington Parkway. "The Rosslyn area is popular with workers, commuters, and tourists," Schwenger adds. "So JBGR will search for retailers who will benefit from establishing a presence in this high-traffic area."
