In the larger of the two transactions, a 14,348-sf building has been snatched up by an unnamed private investor. The investor, who has paid $1.3 million for the facility, plans to lease the space to the County of Orange. It is located at 921 Poinsettia Ave.

Gil Marrero of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine Metro office represented the investor. The seller, Santa Ana Business Center LLC, was represented by Gregory Ozimec, also of Voit's Irvine Metro office, Michael Hefner of Voit's Anaheim office and Tyler Pollock of Burke Commercial Properties.

Santa Ana Business Center LLC was also represented by these three brokers in the disposition of a 7,900-sf facility in the Santa Ana Business Center. The building, which is located at 820 N. Poinsettia St., was acquired by W & Y Property. Jack Hogan of Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office represented W & Y Property.

Another facility at the industrial complex has also been sold, as reported earlier today by Globest.com. A 29,150-sf building here has been grabbed by Adams Iron in a deal valued at $2.3 million.

The Santa Ana Business Center is comprised of nine industrial buildings ranging in size from 7,900 sf to 43,484 sf. The complex was developed by Burke Real Estate Group.
