The building, which stands at 811 N. Poinsettia St, is part of the Santa Ana Business Center. Encompassing 29,150 sf, it is the third largest facility in the industrial complex. Developed by Burke Real Estate Group, the Santa Ana Business Center is comprised of nine buildings ranging in size from 7,900 sf to 43,484 sf.

Adams Iron was represented by Michael Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office, Gregory Ozimec of Voit's Irvine Metro office and Tyler Pollock of Burke Commercial Properties. These three brokers also spoke for the seller, Santa Ana Business Center LLC.

The Santa Ana industrial sector kicked off the fourth quarter with an overall vacancy rate of 4.9%. This region's industrial leasing and sales activity totaled 621,252 sf for the first nine months of 2001.
