Steel Manufacturer Grabs 29,150-SF Facility

SANTA ANA, CA-The Santa Ana industrial building will serve as the headquarters for Adams Iron. It is one of nine facilities that comprise the Santa Ana Business Center.

SANTA ANA, CA-A manufacturer of structural steel has hammered out a $2.3-million acquisition of a Santa Ana industrial building. The buyer, Adams Iron, will use the facility as its headquarters.

The building, which stands at 811 N. Poinsettia St, is part of the Santa Ana Business Center. Encompassing 29,150 sf, it is the third largest facility in the industrial complex. Developed by Burke Real Estate Group, the Santa Ana Business Center is comprised of nine buildings ranging in size from 7,900 sf to 43,484 sf.
