Altair Engineering is putting the final touches on their building at the southwest corner of Big Beaver and John R. roads.

Midtown Square is fully operational with a Home Depot, Target, Farmer Jack, Dunham Sporting Goods and other stores. Fifty percent of the first phase of condominiums, a part of the project, sold out within 90 days. Of the 60 units already purchased, occupancy will begin in January and February.

The five-story, 275,000-sf Maple Corporate Center at Maple Road and Stephenson Highway will be completed by 2002. This is the latest addition to Troy properties owned by Kojaian, including the Top of Troy, the Troy Corporate Center at Crooks and Long Lake roads and the former Bank One building, totaling 1.6 million sf of space for the development firm in Troy.

Preliminary site plan approval has been given by the city for a second office building in the Wilson office complex on Butterfield, just south of Big Beaver.

Tutor Time, a day care center, will replace the homes just north of the Wilshire building on the west side of Crooks Road just north of Big Beaver Road.

Also, Delphi Automotive's new 144,000-sf headquarters for its Energy and Chassis Systems division is slated for completion in 2002.
