Fleming has been involved in partnerships that developed commercial properties throughout Austin. They include the Capital Center at 10th Street and Congress Ave. in the CBD; the Radian building, 8501 N. MoPac Expressway in the north submarket; the Park 22 development, on RM 2222 just west of Capital of Texas Highway in northwest submarket; and two state of Texas office buildings.
He previously worked as a lending officer and partner at Capital Mortgage Bankers and as a partner at Nieman Hanks and Puryear, an insurance broker.
At NAI/CIP, Fleming joins Fred Higgins, Joyce Weedman, Kurt VanderMuelen and Dean Janeff as an investment and land broker.
