The two parcels are located near the intersection of Route 772 and Route 643 and sit on 25 acres, along the Dulles Greenway. The properties are at the center of the Dulles technology corridor. Westwind has been approved for the construction of seven apartment buildings that can house 475 units, and a community and leasing center. At Flynn's, building permits are in place for four buildings to house 48 units. The nearby Grove at Flynn's Crossing I is not part of the properties being sold.
