Coldwater Creek Makes Minnesota Debut

ROSEVILLE, MN-The lease for the 5,700 sf store in Rosedale Center was negotiated by The Staubach Co. brokers in its Dallas and Chicago offices. The opening marked the retailer's 24th outlet in its 22nd state.

ROSEVILLE, MN-Coldwater Creek recently opened a 5,700-sf store in Rosedale Center here, its first store in Minnesota. The company, a multi-channel retailer of women’s apparel, jewelry, gifts and home merchandise, cited the area’s strong customer base for choosing the location.

The store is located at 1595 West Highway.

“This new location is a perfect complement to the full-line stores we’ve opened in other majormetropolitan areas such as Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and Kansas City,” says GeorgiaShonk-Simmons, the chief executive officer for Coldwater Creek.
