Owned by the Limited Inc. from 1982 to 2001, Lane Bryant was recently bought by Charming Shoppes Inc., based in Bensalem, PA. Lane Bryant has more than 650 stores.
Jennifer Frank, senior vice president of the Fort Worth-based Woodmont Co., has represented Lane Bryant. Kelly Shaw of SCC Development Co., based in Austin, has represented La Frontera.
Other retailers in the center include Kohl's, Circuit City, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse. There are 40 stores and 15 restaurants in the center.
La Frontera, at Interstate 35 and FM 1325, has office and hotel components as well as retail.
