Lane Bryant Takes 5,500-SF La Frontera Spot

AUSTIN-The retailer of women's clothing joins a growing list of national retailers at Round Rock shopping center, part of a 329-acre mixed-uses development here with hotel and office uses in addition to retail.

AUSTIN-Lane Bryant has joined the lineup of national retailers at La Frontera with a 5,500-sf lease at the Round Rock shopping center. The store, which sells plus-size women’s fashions, is in the La Frontera Village Shopping Center, part of the 329-acre mixed-use development.

Owned by the Limited Inc. from 1982 to 2001, Lane Bryant was recently bought by Charming Shoppes Inc., based in Bensalem, PA. Lane Bryant has more than 650 stores.

Jennifer Frank, senior vice president of the Fort Worth-based Woodmont Co., has represented Lane Bryant. Kelly Shaw of SCC Development Co., based in Austin, has represented La Frontera.
