Physicians Reliance Network has renewed and expanded its lease at Arlington Medical Plaza at 801 Rd. to Six Flags in Arlington. The new lease brings Physicians Reliance Network's space up to 11,498 sf. Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the building owner, Arlington Medical Plaza. Bill Jennings of the William Jennings Company represented Physicians Reliance.
World Wide Bingo has signed a lease for 8,516 sf at 2911 E. Division St., Building J in Arlington. David R. Dunn and Larry G. Rodgers of Henry S. Miller represented the landlord, Six Flags Mall, LP. Finally, Forklift Repair has leased 4,220 sf of space at 6350 Singleton Rd. in Dallas. Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller negotiated the lease.
