Miller Sews Up 20,000 SF In Leases

ARLINGTON, TX-It's been a busy week at Henry S. Miller Commercial, where the brokerage has been involved in lease deals for more than 20,000 sf. Two of the leases are here and the other is in Dallas.

ARLINGTON, TX-Henry S. Miller Commercial has sewn up more than 20,000 sf of leases in three deals in Arlington and Dallas. Physicians Reliance Network, World Wide Bingo and Forklift Repair have each inked recent deals.

Physicians Reliance Network has renewed and expanded its lease at Arlington Medical Plaza at 801 Rd. to Six Flags in Arlington. The new lease brings Physicians Reliance Network’s space up to 11,498 sf. Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the building owner, Arlington Medical Plaza. Bill Jennings of the William Jennings Company represented Physicians Reliance.
