Brockenbrough comes to The Weitzman Group from Central Management Inc. wherehe managed a retail portfolio of more than 250,000 sf of retail and commercial space. Brockenbrough is also an alumni of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
The Weitzman Group is a Texas-based commercial real estate firm with offices in Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin and San Antonio. A source at The Weitzman Group tells GlobeSt.com that the hire of Brockenbrough is part of a growth strategy to accommodate the needs of the Houston office's leasing and management portfolio. The source confirms that The Weitzman Group leases and manages approximately 3.5 million sf of space in the Houston area.
The Houston office will be adding more people throughout the end of this year and the through the next.
