Blackburn is the former Deputy Director of Real Estate for the Presidio Trust, an executive branch of the federal government. She has been a senior real estate executive for more than 23 years.
During her employment at the Presidio, a mixed-use redevelopment project in San Francisco, Blackburn oversaw the management and marketing of six million-sf of residential and commercial properties.
Prior to working at the Presidio, she held a senior management role at E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group, and a director position at the Fremont Group.
Blackburn, an Alamo resident, is an affiliate of the international Bechtel Group of construction and engineering firms. She is also a member of the Women President’s Organization, a past member of both Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (NNCREW), on the Board of Directors with Chapman University, and a member of Leadership California.
