In addition to seating for up to 5,000, a property would need to be large enough to provide parking for approximately 1000 cars.

So far, the group has rejected 19 sites as unworkable for its needs, stating that parcel owners won't negotiate on price or that the sites did not meet standards of accessibility or view. It has hired the consulting firm of Epsilon Associates of Maynard, MA to assist in the search for a suitable location.
