JBGR Wins Contract to Secure Leases for 120,000 SF at Warrenton Town Center

WARRENTON, VA-Warrenton Town Center’s leasing contract is now in the hands of shopping center management and development company JBG Rosenfeld Retail (JBGR). The Bethesda, MD-based firm continues the planned expansion its retail property leasing business with the attainment of leasing responsibilities for the 120,000-sf shopping complex.

Located on Lee Highway, the RFI Associates-owned shopping center is currently home to grocery store Food Lion and the Warrenton Movies 5 Cinema. A Mexican restaurant also occupies space in the center. JBGR Principal Grant Ehat explains that the company “has already begun to search for tenants for the space.” He adds that the complex’s site “is situated in one of Virginia’s faster growing markets, and the space could represent a tremendous growth opportunity for retailers of all kinds.” JBGR also recently announced four additional property listings accounting for approximately 23,000 sf of retail space in Arlington County.
