Arvada is primarily a bedroom community that is re-inventing itself. It includes an Old Town area with old brick buildings similar to Denver's Lower Downtown, as well as several new ongoing subdivisions with some of the best views of the mountains in the metropolitan area.
Arvada is close to Downtown as well as business parks, such as Interlocken inneighboring Broomfield along the northwest corridor.
