Industrial Plastic Supply is headquartered in the facility, which stands at 2240 Dupont Ave. A tenant of the building for more than three years, the company has purchased it from former landlord Cal West Industrial Properties LLC.
Cal West was represented by Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield. Michael Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Anaheim office represented Industrial Plastic Supply.
As industrial activity continues to cool in many other regions of Orange County, Anaheim has been holding steady. The city kicked off the fourth quarter with an overall vacancy rate of 4.3%, according to research by Cushman & Wakefield.
Recent Anaheim industrial deals include a 10-year lease transaction for 25,000 sf. The tenant, Caliber Bodyworks, inked a $2.6 million deal to occupy the industrial space. The property is located at 2225 E. Katella Ave.
