The seller, Voit Development, was represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office. The buyer, Barrett Heritage LLC, was represented by Joe Cyr of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine Metro office.
