The seller was Coolidge Casa Diane Equities LLC of White Plains, NY. Coolidge Casa owned the property for four years.
Peter Katz and Karl Abert of the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Richard Butler, also of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, represented the buyer.
Marcus & Millichap has 34 offices nationwide and last year sold more than $6billion in investment real estate, much of it multi-family housing.
