DENVER-The Gates Corp. has reached a definitive agreement to sell 50 acres of its 75-acre Denver campus to locally-based Cherokee Investments Partners II, L.P. Cherokee, based in the Denver Technological Center, specializes in cleaning up and developing environmentally contaminated sites.

The 50-acre site it is purchasing from Gates includes about 12 buildings with just under 2.2 million sf.
