Link, formerly of CB Richard Ellis, opened the Studley office in Denver early this year.

''Charles and David lend a new dynamic to our regional operations, giving us further depth, strength and diversity,'' Link says.

Prior to joining Studley, McCagg was a partner and vice president of the Denver developer, the John Madden Co.

During his six years at Madden, he was directly involved with the development and leasing of the Fiddlers Green Center, a 620,000-sf office project valued at more than $120 million. He also was involved with strategic planning, leasing, sales, acquisitions, design and development, tenant improvements, construction management and asset management. McCagg was a member of the 1980 Olympic swimming team, winning several gold medals.

Lutz will concentrate on Lower Downtown and Denver's Central Business District. He comes to Studley from Sperry Properties Inc. and before that Grubb & Ellis.

Studley specializes in tenant representation.
