Southwood Pharmaceuticals, which specializes in packaging and distributing pharmaceutical products, will relocate from the Irvine Spectrum in February. The company will occupy a 21,100-sf facility, which is located at 60 Empire. The space will accommodate Southwood Pharmaceuticals' space needs, as it is one of the county's fastest growing pharmaceutical firms. Its annual revenues are growing at more than 100% per year, according to a company spokesperson.

Southwood Pharmaceuticals was represented by Dean Krieger and Mark Jerue of Lee & Associates Irvine Spectrum office. Jerue, along with Lee & Associates colleague Craig Fitterer, also spoke on behalf of the lessor, Olen Properties.
