Abby Executive Suites Expands Dallas Presence

ADDISON, TX-Abby Executive Suites has leased a full floor at 14275 Midway Rd. in this suburb of Dallas. The company is leasing a full floor totaling 20,655 sf of office space in a bid to expand its presence in the Dallas market.

Jason Whittington of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Abby Executives Suites in the lease transaction. Dodd Crutcher of RM Crow Leasing, LLC represented the landlord, RMC/HF Portfolio, LP, an RM Crowe entity.

The 84,756-sf, four-story building is part of the Midway Atriums, which also includes 14285 and 14295 Midway. All of the buildings were constructed in 1986 and have four stories. The 14285 Midway building is 84,756 sf and the 14295 Midway building is 85,363 sf. The buildings have an advertised lease rate of $19 per sf.
