The office park, at 5930-5962 Priestly Dr., is a development of Pacific Carlsbad Partners LLC, comprised of Rick Dent, Frank Sciacca, Jon Kurtin and Jim Gianulas. Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International are marketing the property.

The first space taker was Cambria Holdings LLC, a software development company that purchased one of the buildings for $1.6 million. Dan Oury of Business Real Estate represented the buyer of the single-story, 6,360 sf property at 5962 Priestly Drive. Union Bank provided the financing.

Most recently, Colliers International signed a seven-year lease valued at $1.7 million. The Carlsbad office of Colliers moved into the 8,336 sf office building in August. Meanwhile, Copernicus Computer Services Corp. leased a 6,360 sf office for six years in a deal valued at $1.2 million. Ron Jacobson and John Hoffmann of Colliers International represented both the lessee and lessor in the two transactions.
