The Harbor View Villas Apartments, located at 404 N. 47th Avenue was purchased by Harbor View Associates LP from Davidson Housing Family Partnership II LP in a deal that closed on Nov. 28. The complex includes 24 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units.
The buyer was represented by Jules Arthur and Steve Huffman of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners. The seller was represented by George Carlson of Burnham Real Estate.
Chicago Title Co.'s Park Camino branch handled escrow on the property, which was a tax credit deal involving the participation of the San Diego Housing Commission. The deal will change the 16-year-old property from a market rate to an affordable housing project.
