Housing Agency Snags Another Building

SAN DIEGO-The San Diego Housing Commission picks up the 60-unit Harbor View Villas Apartments for $4.2 million and will convert it from market rate to affordable housing.

SAN DIEGO-A 60-unit apartment complex has sold in a deal valued at $4.2 million and will be converted to affordable housing, a multifamily brokerage announces.

The Harbor View Villas Apartments, located at 404 N. 47th Avenue was purchased by Harbor View Associates LP from Davidson Housing Family Partnership II LP in a deal that closed on Nov. 28. The complex includes 24 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units.
