Two Tenants Grab Total 12,252 SF in NW Houston

HOUSTON-The brisk northwest Houston submarket attracts two more tenants. The industrial signers head to different buildings, but both situated between Hempstead Highway and US Highway 290.

HOUSTON-Two smaller industrial leases have been inked to absorb more than 12,000 sf for the Houston market. Auge Industrial Fasteners LLC and TSS Datacom are taking space in the northwest submarket.

Auge Industrial Fasteners LLC leased 8,650 sf at 2066 Afton, located off Hempstead Highway near US Highway 290 and the Loop 610 interchange. Bill Ginder of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented Auge Industrial Fasteners in the lease transaction. Carpet Again Recycling is the property owner.
