The 100,000 sf Beach Place at 17 S. Atlantic Blvd. is a three-story open-air mall across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach. It is owned by Transwestern Investment Co., a Chicago-based company.
Several new tenants are expected to move in during the next few months, including Sun & Leather, Euro Café, Cheeburger Cheeburger and Emporium Bothanico. The rent range and leasing details weren't disclosed.
