Block of Space Becomes Available at Eisenhower Plaza

LIVINGSTON, NJ-Eastman Construction's class A asset has a 20,000-sf space open, with the possibility of an additional 10-15,000 sf expected to enlarge the offering to as much as 35,000 sf.

LIVINGSTON, NJ-Approximately 20,000 sf of second floor office space will be available early next year at Eisenhower Plaza, a class A facility. Locally based Eastman Management Corp. is the owner/manager of the 160,000-sf, two-building complex in western Essex County.

And, according to Peter Schofel, president of Eastman Management Corp., an additional 10,000 to 15,000 sf may be opening up as well, bringing the overall size of the block of space to as much as 35,000 sf. “The availability of this space is an unusual opportunity for a company needing a West Essex location and a great address,” says Schofel.
