SRG Westminster was represented by a CB Richard Ellis team consisting of Ian Britton, Brad Bierbaum, Brian DeRevere and Bob Goodmanson. The buyers, which included a board member of the Bixby Land Co. , was represented by Terry Dickens of Bixby Land Co.
The building sits on 3.2-acres at 14700 Hoover St. It was completed in 2000 specifically for the Automobile Club. The organization signed a $2.7-million, five-year agreement with Sares-Regis Group last spring.
