The event will feature a nationally recognized speaker, reports on the status of the name change from the Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors and an update on a property information exchange system.
The board has opened the event to all commercial real estate practitioners. Non-members will be charged a $25 attendance fee.
"We strongly encourage non-members to attend the luncheon," Jan Jacobs, president of the association, says in a prepared statement.. "We want everyone to come here to find out where we were, where we are, and where we are going."
