Affirmed Housing Group completed construction of the 60,000-sf Ventaliso Apartments, comprised of three two-story wood frame buildings, over semi-subterranean parking. Structural Technology Consultants provided the structural engineering design for the $5 million project.
Allgire General Contractors served as the general contractor. Davis Group Architecture & Planning was the architect.
The buildings utilize an urban design style, in keeping with the theme of a neighboring mixed-use retail/residential development along Mission Road., according to Escondido-based Affirmed Housing.
