MetroNational Corp. owns the 375,622-sf structure, which is 98% occupied. Steve Hesse and Jason Presley, both of Trione & Gordon ONCOR International, represented Paradigm Geophysical, a GeoScience Knowledge Solutions provider for the oil and gas industry. Randy Nerren served as the in-house representative for MetroNational in the negotiations.

Presley tells GlobeSt.com that Paradigm wanted to move west to be closer to its energy clients in the nearby energy corridor submarket. Paradigm vacated 41,784 sf at Two Allen Center. Devon Energy wanted the space, says Presley, so Paradigm whose interests were in west Houston was released from its lease to make room for Devon to absorb the office space.
