That Denver-based InFlow Inc. today reports that its Austin facility has become cash-flow positive, on an operating basis, and hails it as a milestone is a reflection of how tough the business is. InFlow says the center keeps the company on its "path to profitability" in 2002. It basically means that the center is taking in more money than it's spending.
The data center at 8025 N. Interstate 35 serves more than 60 customers including Hoover's Inc., Quick Arrow Inc., TriActive Inc. and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. The facility has 20,578 sf of equipment area. Privately held InFlow has 18 data centers in the United States and Europe.
