Madsen, senior marketing director in the Orlando office of Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services Co., handles leasing at Gran Park. Since joining Advantis in 1998, he has leased a total 950,000 sf of office, making him the top producer for Advantis in Florida and the second most productive broker among the company's 182 brokers in 14 Southeast offices, according the company's prepared statement.
Madsen has participated in $375 milion worth of sales and leasing transactions (1.9 million sf) since becoming a broker in 1990.
