Ecommission Financial Services Inc. leased 3,082 sf and Arbor Property Management leased 4,232 sf. Both are direct leases from the building's owner, Electronic Arts Inc., a developer of computer and online games. The company, based in Redwood City, CA, owns Austin's Origin Systems Inc.

Rick Whitely of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin has represented Origin in both deals and John Childer, also of Colliers Oxford, has represented eCommission. Arbor represented itself.

Austin-based eCommission develops a Web-based system that allows real estate sales people to receive their commission payments before the closing date. The company is the US build-out of Agent's Equity Inc., based in Toronto, Canada. Arbor is a multifamily property manager.
