Freeport Starts New Leisure Phase At Braintree Outlet Mall

LONDON-Outlet mall specialist Freeport has unveiled plans for a 110,000-sf extension to its 180,000-sf outlet village at Braintree in Essex. The new leisure-led phase will include a cinema, health club and family entertainment centre.

LONDON-Outlet mall operator Freeport has unveiled plans to is expand its 180,000-sf designer outlet village at Braintree, in Essex with a £7 million ($10 million) leisure complex.

The 110,000-sf extension will include a multi-screen cinema, health and fitness club, family entertainment centre and restaurants and bars, and more than90% of the space has already been pre-let to leading operators including Cine UK, Solar Bowl and Luminar.
