The dock height multi-tenant warehouse is at the west entrance to the air cargo facility of Miami International Airport, 2525 NW 72nd Ave. PLCRE is the third largest owner/investor of multi-tenant industrial properties within the Airport West sub-market of Miami-Dade County.

Insignia/ESG Managing Director Ron Berger negotiated for the buyer. David Albert, vice president of Codina Realty Services, Coral Gables, FL, represented the seller.
