The company paid the same fourth quarter dividend in December 2000, as well as the same annual dividend that year. It announced increased revenues for the third quarter in October, but tempered that with the purchase of properties this year, which company officials said would lower funds received until 2003.
Ramco has a portfolio of 57 shopping centers, with 11.8 million sf of gross leasable area in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
