In a sales closing, CW Houston Oaks Venture LP is the new owner of the 467-acre Houston Oaks Gold Course in Hockley, TX. Well Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, acted as trustee for seller Lennar Partners Inc. Keith K. Edwards also of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented the buyer, CW Houston Oaks Venture in the sales transaction.
