Park Forest, a 90,000-sf development at Parmer Lane and Amherst Drive, includes the Cool River Cafe. California Micro has taken 2,500 sf in Park Forest I, Bill Donoghue, the center's director, tells GlobeSt.com. He and another employee had been working out of their homes.
California Micro develops and sells chips for electronic devices and telecommunications equipment. The company's financial results for the six months ending Sept. 30 were a $12.6 million loss on $14.7 million in revenue. The company has manufacturing facilities in Milpitas and Tempe, AZ. The Austin office of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services handles leasing for the Park Forest buildings.
