Two Tenants Lease Space in Technology Square

WORCESTER, MA-Liberty Properties of Boston signs two long term tenants for its nearly complete Technology Square office development.

WORCESTER, MA-With renovations nearly finished, Liberty Properties has signed two long term tenants to its 100,000-sf office complex located near the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Andrew Cable, president of Liberty Properties tells Globest.com that investment group Legg Mason an investment group SterilTek Inc., a company that provides equipment sterilization services, have signed leases for a combined 35,000 sf of space. Cable also says that the company hopes to announce another 30,000 sf of office and research space leases soon.

Liberty Properties, which owns several other industrial properties in the Worcester area, designed Technology Square as a combined office, and medical research facility that would dovetail with the research area already located near the UMass Hospitals. Cable tells Globest.com that the building should be ready for occupancy by February 2002.
