The properties are the 87,646-sf Atrium office building; the 24,000-sf Coach Road building; and the north and westparking garages. The deal is expected to close in February.

The three-story Atrium at 1295 Bandana Blvd. is 94%occupied and is the only one of the three assets showing a positive cash flow, according to thePort Authority. The building, previously arailroad repair shop, was developed into an officestructure in 1986 by the Wilder Foundation. In 1993,the Port Authority repossessed the building which was 50% occupied at the time.__________________________________________________
