Meanwhile, commendations in the New Centre category went to Capital Shopping Centres for the 440,00-sf Chimes in Uxbridge, North-West London and to Berkeley Commmercial and Land Securities for the 33-acre Gunwharf Quays mixed-use project in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

In the Refurbishment and Extension Category.commendations went to The Bridges in Sunderland and The Capitol Centre in Cardiff.
