Timberlake had been a small business sales and leasing associate with Dell Computer Corp. Eric Stanley, Yancey-Hausman's executive vice president, cited Timberlake's sales experience in announcing that Timberlake had joined the firm.
The company's retail leasing duties in Austin include the Bull Creek Market, a 27,209-sf center at Capital of Texas Highway and RM 2222, and Four Corners, a 31,556-sf center at 111 W. William Cannon. It also represents such office projects as Crystal Mountain, Stonecreek I and Stonecreek II and the Canyon at Wild Basin.
Founded in 1971, Yancey-Hausman's services include development, leasing, investment sales and property management. The company has 50 employees in its Houston and Austin offices.
