The company, Camfil Farr Inc., will occupy 18,068 sf at 2121 Paulhan St. The structure is inside the Dominguez Technology Center.

A few dozen Camfil Farr workers will move into the warehouse and distribution building next month. A Klabin Co. team of Courtney Bell, Doug Marshall and Harvey Beesen represented the tenant in the transaction, while Bret Quinlan and Michael Sidney of Cushman & Wakefieldrepresented landlord Carson Dominguez Properties.

Camfil Farr is a subsidiary of Sweden-based Camfil AB. Its product line ranges from automobile air-filtration systems to full-blown "clean rooms" that keep computers safe from dust and debris.

About $300,000 is being spent to convert 6,000 sf of the concrete tilt-up industrial building into office space for Camfil workers, according to Klabin broker Bell.
