Firm Cited For Marketing, Management

MINNEAPOLIS-Madison Marquette also is a finalist for four other MAXI awards. It wins merit awards for its leasing of Del Monte Center and for the commercial real estate firm's corporate imaging campaign.

MINNEAPOLIS-Madison Marquette recently won two awards and was a finalist in four other categories at the International Council of Shopping Center’s MAXI Awards program. In the category of trade advertising/company, the Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm’s corporate imaging campaign received a MAXI meritaward; in the category of leasing support/individual property, Del Monte Center, managed by Madison/Marquette, received a MAXI merit award.

Four additional entries were named as finalists in the competition: Inland Center in San Bernardino, CA, in the grand opening/expansion and renovation category; The Shops at Canal Place in New Orleans in the sales promotion and merchandising category; Del Monte Center in Monterey, CA, in consumer advertising and Madison Marquette corporate marketing in leasing support/company.
